We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Depending on the package you choose, your quote can be all-inclusive or billed separately. Typically, for outstation round-trips from Delhi NCR, the base fare covers the vehicle rental and fuel. Toll taxes, state border taxes, parking fees and a nominal daily driver allowance are clearly listed in your itemised quote. If you prefer a completely hassle-free experience, we can provide a comprehensive all-inclusive package.

Yes. Our 9, 12, 16 and 17 Seater Tempo Travellers are built for long journeys, with pushback seats and extra legroom, air-conditioned cabins, a music system and LED screens. Every vehicle is sanitized before each trip. Our polite, experienced drivers regularly handle routes to Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and pilgrimage destinations, so you can relax and enjoy the winding roads of Manali, Shimla or Rishikesh.

Yes. Every vehicle comes with a professional chauffeur, so you skip the driving, route planning and parking. Our drivers are experienced, polite and familiar with North India routes, and they take care of the vehicle while you enjoy the trip with your family, friends or colleagues.

To confirm your booking, we require a nominal advance deposit of 25% to 30% of the total estimated fare. This reserves and blocks the vehicle for your dates. The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver during the trip or transferred online. For cancellations made 48 hours prior to the journey, we offer a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours may incur a small retention fee, while last-minute cancellations are subject to specific deductions.

We maintain a regularly serviced fleet for maximum reliability, but we are prepared for the unexpected. In the rare event of a mechanical issue on the road, our team provides 24/7 backend support. We use our network of partner garages and fleet operators across North India to either fix the issue quickly or send a replacement vehicle of the same or a better category, so your itinerary stays on track.

You can book for both. We provide Tempo Travellers for local city sightseeing and daily rentals across Delhi NCR, as well as outstation trips, airport and railway station transfers, weddings and events, and corporate or staff transport. Just tell us your pickup point, destination and timings, and we will plan the right package for you.

We run regular trips across North India, including Agra, Jaipur, the Golden Triangle, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Manali, Shimla and the Chardham Yatra. If your destination is not on this list, share your route with us and we will let you know if we can cover it, along with a clear quote.

Booking is simple. Send us your pickup, drop, travel date and number of passengers through the contact page or on WhatsApp. We usually reply within 30 minutes with a clear, itemised quote. Once you approve it and pay the advance, your vehicle is confirmed and your chauffeur arrives on time on the day of travel.

Our Force Urbania vehicles seat 9 to 10 passengers plus the driver, with fully reclining pushback seats. They come with airbags, seat belts, ABS, individual AC vents, mobile charging points, an icebox and a first aid box. There is also ample storage space for luggage, so your bags do not crowd the cabin.
